Welcome Inside.
Origionally built in the 1600s as a farmhouse , the Royal Oak was later converted to farm workers cottages . Around the 1850’s it then became a beerhouse . Nearly 160 years later the pub still maintains its character with handstone walls , flag stone floors and solid oak beams.
